The plot
The landscape of Paros consists of flatlands and terraces suggesting intense agricultural activity, combined with imposing rocks of Kolybithres in a moonlike landscape. The area of Pretoria used to be an extended vineyard with the origins of wine production from the Prehistoric ages.
This piece of land was previously a vineyard. In its corner is a wine press, a significant landmark that reveals its use in the past, where the grapes were pressed and vinified on the spot, and then exported to the rest of Greece and Europe, forming Paros' economic growth in the 1950s.
The plot itself has a V-shape and its wide side of 109,21 meters faces the sea views. Its dimensions are 109x100x55x53 and will be equally divided into the 2 properties. It is connected to the main road to an old rural road that drives in and leads to the parking place at the back of the houses.
